The team from Swift Solar were amazing.  The geography of our property presented some unique challenges but they tenaciously persevered to find a solution.  They were very helpful and obliging in every respect.  I have no hesitation in strongly recommending them. Fantastic experience from start to finish with Swift Solar. Great initial contact, explained exactly what they will provide, sent over estimates for costs and basis of payback periods. The site installation phase was great, all completed in less than a day with the system up and running. The only issue was why I hadn't had it installed earlier. From the start Swift were efficient but measured with their response to my enquiry.  None of the pressure-selling that I had experienced before, just information and options that allowed us to decide the best solution for us.  All our queries were answered (which demanded a lot of patience), with the relevant facts and, where there were none....no guess work, just honest reporting of the estimates.

Once decided we were pleasantly shocked by the install date we were offered which was "next week"!  Everybody turned up on time on the day in question, discussed the wiring options with me until I was satisfied and, with the exception of a late panel delivery, completed on schedule.  They even re-sited the battery to optimise how it looked on the side of our house. Although I was not concerned about the couple of days delay, I received an apology and a panel upgrade by way of compensation.

All is up and running now and I'm still not bored of watching the app telling me how much I am earning back from the grid. I calculate that at this rate the payback period of 6.5 years is likely to be significantly shorter.  We'll see ! Thank you Simon and all at Swift, GREAT JOB .....  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

So impressed with the guys from Swift, George,Nick and Sean. The whole process of installing the Powerwall 3 has been very smooth throughout from liaising with Sean in sales through to George and Nick who installed it.
